Parts Dashboard

The Parts Dashboard feature allows you to manage the parts workflow. This includes Quick Links for creating new Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Credit Memos. The Parts Dashboard also includes Performance charts which display parts metrics, and a Reports panel that allows you to run Parts Reports. (This dashboard must be enabled by an administrator via the Configure button.)

When you click on a Parts Dashboard option, the selected information displays in the Details pane. Part Dashboard options include:

• Parts to Order
• On Backorder
• Ordered Not Received
• Pending Credit
• Unapplied Part Price Changes

Note: A Search feature allows you to filter the Search Results displayed in the Details pane for each Part Dashboard option.

A Quick Links panel allows you to access the following Parts features:

• New Vendor
• New Preferred Vendor
• New Purchase Order
• New Invoice
• New Credit Memo
